1. Non-Refundable Policy

We value our time and scheduling just as much as you do. All payments made for jobs, services, or bids are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it is considered final, regardless of project changes, cancellations, or delays initiated by the client. This policy applies to deposits, partial payments, and full payments. Consider all or any cash/debited transactions or payments NON refundable unless signed by documentation stating otherwise. 

2. Scope of Responsibility

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the specific work outlined in the agreed-upon job scope or contract. We are not responsible for:

• Any damages, losses, or issues outside the defined scope of work.
• Pre-existing conditions, defects, or unrelated repairs.
• Delays or additional costs caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, third-party actions, supply shortages).

3. Client Acknowledgment

By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to:

• The non-refundable nature of all payments.
• The limitation of our responsibility to only the agreed-upon work.
• The understanding that any additional work will require a separate agreement and payment.
